Denmark requires digital MF4 for specified accompanying-family applications

Paper MF4 applications are normally rejected from 14 October, and MF1 or MF2 can no longer be used for the affected cases.

Denmark · Digital form required for specified family applications

SIRI launched digital MF4 on 14 September, making it mandatory from 14 October. First applications cover family accompanying sponsors granted permanent residence through work or study. Sponsors must still meet their former permit’s extension conditions or hold a job qualifying under an applicable work scheme. Family renewals also cover relevant sponsors who have acquired Danish citizenship.[1]

After the transition, paper MF4 applications are normally rejected and the affected applications cannot use MF1 or MF2. Applicants must follow the relevant digital first-application or renewal procedure.[1]
