Philippines extends departure deadline for specified visa-cancellation orders
Only the listed 1 September orders are covered; the underlying orders remain effective.
A Bureau of Immigration advisory published on 30 September extends departure compliance to 30 November for people covered by specified orders issued on 1 September: visa cancellations BOC-2026-282–295, OTL BOC-2026-65–78 and BLO BOC-2026-1389–1402.[1][2]
The underlying orders remain effective. This is not visa reinstatement or a general extension for foreign nationals. Failure to leave by 30 November may trigger deportation proceedings.[1][2]
