Slovenia simplifies insurance-change evidence during residence renewals

The 28 October notice reduces evidence required for qualifying third-country workers filing M-3 insurance changes.

Slovenia · Simpler filing evidence announced

Slovenia’s SPOT portal announced on 28 October that third-country workers needing a single or temporary residence permit may support M-3 insurance changes with an administrative-unit receipt for a timely renewal or subsequent-permit application. Separate proof that no decision has been made is no longer required: ZZZS checks the proceedings itself.[1]

Where a decision exists but is not yet final, administrative-unit confirmation that proceedings remain unfinished is still required. Attachments following a new residence card remain unchanged. The notice changes insurance-filing evidence; it announces no new residence or work-entitlement period.[1]
