St Kitts and Nevis CIU completes first stage of independent review
The 14 October announcement identifies a financial audit as the next stage; no audit opinion is published.
St Kitts and Nevis’s Citizenship Unit said on 14 October 2026 that Deloitte had completed the first stage of an independent operational review covering internal controls, due diligence, risk management and application-processing IT systems.[1]
The announcement identifies a financial-statement audit under International Standards on Auditing as the next stage. It does not publish the review report or a financial audit opinion, or announce changes to citizenship-by-investment thresholds. Completing the review stage is not a clean audit opinion.[1]
