Caribbean Netherlands adds work and residence permit documents from November
The additional documents vary by permit type and must be supplied by applicants themselves.
From 1 November, the Caribbean Netherlands adds a no-debt certificate for the employment or self-employment permit applications described in its notice. The summary wage statement is labelled as a requirement for extensions. Family-reunification residence applications require income evidence, while indefinite-residence documents depend on the previous purpose of stay.[1]
Applicants must submit all required documents themselves and may obtain declarations from the Caribbean Netherlands tax authority. The notice gives an effective date but no first-publication date. It should not be presented as a uniform rule for the European Netherlands.[1]
