Total 500,000USD
This is the family’s contribution only, not an all-inclusive quote.
03 / ASSESSMENT
Applications will undergo a multi-agency assessment. Meeting the investment amount alone does not guarantee citizenship. [1]
Each applicant’s identity will be verified, along with the relationships and eligibility of accompanying family members.
Checks cover the lawful origin and traceability of funds, assets and financial circumstances. Funds must pass through the formal financial system.
The review includes criminal and reputational background, immigration records and relevant jurisdictional risks.
The investment citizenship agency, APCI, will assess the application and send its recommendation to the National Directorate of Migration, DNM, which will approve or reject it.
04 / CURRENT STATUS
The government plans to start receiving applications in Q4 2026, from October to December. Its 2 October announcement does not give an exact opening date or application portal. [1]
The full processing time remains to be clarified. The 30 working days in Decree 524/2025 refer to the migration authority’s decision after receiving the agency’s report, excluding earlier preparation and assessment. [2]
Review who would apply, your budget and the source of funds, then assess the option against the final application requirements.
